This Luxembourg based insurance solutions provider, who are focused upon the private client market in the wealth management industry, are looking to hire a Sales Manager to deliver their ambitious targets.
The Sales Manager is charged with increasing the sales the companies' range of insurance private client solutions amongst investment managers, family offices and private banks.
The Sales Manager will offer the best possible service to both the existing and new business partners with the purpose of
developing annual new sales in the range of 50 - 100 m.
It is expected that, after a short period of time, the Sales Manager will be able to work with a portfolio of ten active business partners in cooperation with our middle office team.
In this role you can expect to be the point of contact regarding the day-to-day business with the existing business partners.
You will be asked to identify and negotiate new business opportunities with the channel partners.
As part of this insurance vacancy will be in charge of coordinating resources and deliveries in coordination with all internal teams such as Middle Office, Tax & Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Actuary.
For consideration for the Sales Manager position you must be able to show extensive (five years or more) experience in the cross-border life insurance and pension savings industry in Luxembourg or Ireland.
You will be fluent in any major European language in addition to an excellent knowledge in English/French.
Finally you must be able to demonstrate detailed experience in servicing
wealth planning solutions involving life insurance and pension savings to HNWIs.
The Sales Manager is an extremely well remunerated offshore insurance job with a completely uncapped bonus, full basic salary and pension.
