This international wealth management provider is looking to add a skilled Accountant to join their Trust & Corporate Services division in Luxembourg.
This organisation provides the full range of legal, fiduciary and business services to both corporate and private clients, particularly family and owner-managed businesses.
They provide advice and implement strategies and solutions for the creation, preservation and management of wealth management solutions.
The Accountant will work as an integral part of the Client Accounting department and will deal with the day-to-day duties of providing
accounting services to the portfolio of clients assigned to him/her to ensure the quality services delivered effectively and efficiently.
Within that remit the successful applicant will find they have these following core responsibilities:
- The Accountant will be expected to provide day-to-day accounting and other services to allocated clients from a variety of offshore and on-shore jurisdictions.
- Prepare interim reports, management accounts, consolidated financial statement and other financial statements in accordance with Luxembourg GAAP, IFRS, or other applicable standards
- Record all time spent to facilitate invoicing and internal reporting
- Provide assistance with various analysis and special projects as required
To be considered for the Accountant vacancy you will be a graduate with a minimum of two years accounting and auditing experience.
This will have been gained whilst working in the finance services industry. You should be fluent in English; any additional European Languages would be an advantage.
The Accountant is a well paid offshore accountancy professional position and as such commands a
first rate level of remuneration.
